Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes the minimum order amount is $75.  Please note coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items. 

What is the age requirement to purchase from your site?

You must be a Canadian resident over 19 years old to become a member and purchase.

Your age is verified by submitting 2 pieces of Government issued ID upon registration.  If you have a medical card please notify. 

Is your site secure and safe?

Our site is 100% safe with secure SSL Encryption to ensure your personal information is kept private when placing your order.

We are one of many Canadian online retailers operating within Canada and we take every precaution to keep our customers’ data safe and confidential. Products are packed professionally and discreetly.

When will my order ship?

Once your payment is received your order is processed and a tracking number will be issued.

Orders placed before 9am PST ship same day.  Orders placed after 9am PST will ship the following business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 9am PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.

Any discounts for new customers?

Yes, you can use coupon code FIRST10 for 10% off your first order.  Please note coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items. 

Where do you ship your products?

Orders can be shipped to Canadian addresses.  Signature is required upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is shipped you will be sent a tracking number.

Your order will typically take 1-3 business days to arrive at it’s destination, sometimes it can take longer during holiday times. Shipping is not refunded if the order is late.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $175 ship free Canada-Wide via Canada Post Expedite.  Orders over $225 ship free via Canada Post Xpress.  (After discount codes are applied, and before taxes)

Orders under $175 are subject to a $20 Flat Rate Shipping Fee and ship via Canada Post Expedited.

I didn’t get an order confirmation?

Sometimes it may get directed to your junk or spam folder.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you in your order confirmation.

Where is my package?

Sometimes Canada Post is backlogged and your order may take a couple days to arrive after the expected arrival date. Rest assured if your package was accepted and suddenly not tracking that it is making it’s way through Canada Post’s network.

If you don’t receive it after a week please contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post. Once a trace is filed it can take up to two weeks to locate and deliver your package.
